Vonco Medical specializes in repairing physical therapy testing equipment; modalities; whirlpools and therapy pools; exercise systems including weight machines and cardiovascular equipment. Prompt, efficient service at reasonable rates is the basis for the departments success. Yearly equipment maintenance contracts are available on new and pre-owned equipment. At the discretion of the owner, routine maintenance may be performed on a quarterly, biannual or annual schedule. Warranty service contracts are available on some of the pre-owned equipment in selected geographic areas. Vonco is an authorized warranty service agent for NeuroCom, Orbiter Landice and other manufacturers. Should there be a problem with new equipment purchased from Vonco, please call our Technical Services department at 800-972-6461. A representative will trouble shoot the problem over the phone or refer you to the appropriate party if additional assistance is required. If technical services are requested in a territory not covered by Vonco, or the equipment requires repair beyond Vonco's capabilities, you will be referred to the appropriate facilities.
